When I try to watch a tutorial it won’t let me see all it show is a black screen and some audio.Somebody please please help me

@lilpup75 the video might be deleted or you might have an bad internet connection. Idk if you use safari, google, edge or just the app, if you use the website then you can try scrolling up at the top page of the pattern where the video is and then just "reset" the website. I know on google chrome and edge there is an symbol for it (It's on desktop and the symbol is 🔁). I hope that helps I'm not soo experienced with this but at least a bit because this never happended to BB on me.
