I think it would be helpful if there could be a place marker box that highlights the row you are currently on, and darkens the rest so it makes it easier to see what row you are on. And a separate key, smaller one to highlight the single knot youre on. If theres already something like this, then let me know.

Currently, you can only highlight where the string moves in the pattern, and only highlight a single knot (you can do both of these by either hovering over them or clicking on them). I do agree that we need one that highlights the whole row!! It will be especially useful for alpha patterns.
