have to accept or decline push notifications with every refresh of the page

does anyone else have a problem with a popup asking to accept or decline notifications on the website everytime you refresh the page or click on something? Just started today.

the same thing happens to me when I log in on new devicesit will keep doing that until you hit accept and from there just block them on your PC itself instead of in your browser |
