A Problem I’m having with the App.

I have been having issues getting on to this app be it my phone or my other computers. The only time the app will load for me is if I have ONLY cellular data on. I cannot have Wi-Fi turned on at the same time or it will not load. I have tried to fix this problem. My computers have told me that it is a DNS problem and I have tried almost everything to get this issue fixed. I even deleted the app off of my phone and redownloaded it to try and fix it but that didn’t work either so I am turning to you all to see what I should do?

I’ve tried resetting my password but it’s not working ,it’s not sending a new password to my email what should I do

The DNS problem might (I'm not sure though) be an old entry in your known hosts. On PC, they're easily deletable, but on a phone, I have no idea, unfortunately.
