bent alpha knots

Hey! I have this problem with my alpha knots, they look kind of bent and don’t look like the straight knots i want them to be. I’m using the flat alpha technique btw. How do i overcome that ?

I would suggest tying your knots as loosely as possible, I think when I first made an alpha I had this problem too!

I think you should experiment with your knot tension and see how it looks when you tie them tightly vs loosely. If you’re new-ish to alphas, then the problem might just fix itself with practice
