Hi everyone, this is my question How do you know whether the bracelet pattern you want to design has already been created by a member? Often, I want to create patterns too, but I’m afraid that someone might already own the design.

If it's a relatively simple design, it is possible to accidentally create a design similar to an already existing design. With more complex design this is very unlikely to happen. My advice for you - design the pattern yourself - add some complexity to it You can of course also submit simple designs, but they might get declined either because they already exist or they are not complex enough. Don't worry about your patterns potentially being declined. It's absolutely fine to not be aware of every pattern in existence. To understand which kinda of patterns might not be complex enough/ might already exist, I recommend reading our guidelines especially the part about patterns we no longer accept. |
