I'm making the pattern #168680 and I have to change the color at the start of a new row but I do not know how to do that using the clean back method. Does anybody know how to do this? I also made an other thread with this question but my autocorrect took over but I only saw it when I posted it I'm sorry for that.

Masha Knots has a good video on how to do this. Here is the link:

(It talks about a lot of things in that video, but start at around 4:14, for the part about your question.)

Hope this helps 😊!!!

I know but how do I do this with the clean back method how am I supposed to hide the thread and move it so that the back is the same as the front?

I'm not sure if I entirely understand ur question but I'll give it a shot!
I'm assuming ur on row 4 so what you should do is tie on ur base string AND the white 1/2 of a knot with ur black (yk how we knot twice to make a knot? only do it once) then finish the knot with ur black but only on the base string, not the white
actually after looking at the pattern again I think ur on row 34 but it should be the same
lmk if you have any other questions!

BabyWren12 is that the last knot on row 3 that I need to do that way or the first knot of row 4?
