Why isn’t the photo to create an alpha working?

I tried to use a photo for an alpha bracelet but it didn’t pop up when I chose a picture for it . How do you do that?

It might be that your file is not a jpg or png?

Hey! Thank you so much for your help! I found out that some of the photos I was using were too large so I cut them down and it worked 🎉

It's great you figured it out. If something isn't working, chances are that there is a pop-up message somewhere informing you what the error is.
