Column numbers will show up for finished patterns. If you're talking about the "Draw Alphas" tab on the "Create Patterns" section, there's no way to show column or row numbers.

If you are creating a pattern than if you look at the top it will tell you the dimensions. So that will tell you how many strings it is and how many rows it is. Hope this helps 🙂!
