Can you leave the strings lose without braiding them but just making a knot at the end of the bracelet and then make a sliding/square knot on the loose strings?

I would recommend you learn how to make ends, however, if you are making a normal pattern the knots shouldn’t come loose so theoretically it would work just tying a knot. On an alpha you need to figure out a way of hiding the leading string, but i am guessing you’re not doing an alpha. Hope you have a good day/night
