I have fairly small wrists and the biggest bracelet that will fit me is like 65 rows. All of the cute patterns I want to do are around 75-90 and that is wayyyy too big for my wrists. Is there any way to make the patterns smaller if thats even possible?

Are you talking about normal patterns or alpha patterns? Norma patterns you can stop at row 65 usually.

@gr4c1eee You don't have to do the whole pattern, you can just stop your bracelet at row 65.

Use thinner strings and tie the knots extra tight; the bracelet will be thinner and shorter.

@Paws14 I'm specifically talking about ones that the pattern wont be finished unless you do the whole thing lol, I shouldve been more specific my apologies.

@cecibee87 Alpha patterns! Specifically ones that the bracelet wont be finished unless you do the whole pattern.

Sometimes when I do alphas, I take out some rows that I don’t need. Like a take out the background rows before the actual design starts

About half the bracelets I make are intended for smaller wrists, and many is the time I've abbreviated a pattern; seeking that sweet spot between the image being recognizable and still being wearable (if you'll pardon a bit of shameless self-promotion, to date all of the Disney princesses in my photo collection are mostly torsos with very little leg action...).

If you were open to suggestions and shared the pattern/s in which you're interested in modifying, we can probably offer advice on which rows can be safely omitted for your needs. 👍
