It depends on how often the moderators are on the site but usually @krazyknots accepts my patterns / photos / variations at about 9:00 or so

All patterns and photos are reviewed within 24 hours.It can be quicker depending if a moderator is currently online and actively reviewing, and also how many patterns are pending before yours. |

You tag people by doing an @ before their username for example @k-raien it gives them a notification in the top right corner
