hi, you might make your knots too tight, try to knot them looser and especially having the same tension on all of your knots

for me, i tape the ends down when i make my bracelets rather than off the side of the water bottle like most people do. and also making the knots too tight like the other commenter said

Make sure you’re tying both of the knots! I used to only tie half-knots so all my bracelets would curl
