Hey all, I just made my first alpha pattern # 26262 & #26261 into a little keychain back-to-back so the messy back strings wouldn't show. It was SO MUCH FUN and I've gone down the rabbit hole. I've been watching Masha Knots, BLESS THAT CREATOR, to learn a lot but I'm still not finding anything showing what colors people are using in their patterns. I love the shades of some patterns and I'm just wondering if that is something people are just matching and guessing or is there somewhere I can look for the actual color combinations? I've never been able to pick a good color pallet so any information helps. Thanks so much, I'm happy to be a part of the community.

If you click “add a variation” on a pattern you can see the exact hex code of each color used. Most people just match the colors with the strings they already have/strings they can find online or in stores, they aren’t always the exact match but close enough!

For finding color combinations I recommend watching YouTube videos of people showing color combinations, or going on a color combo generator websites, I like using this one: https://coolors.co/
(You can only generate up to 5 colors for free though)

You can also use the color wheel to come up with combinations (complementary colors, gradients, black and white etc.)
