My bracelets keep twisting and my knots look wonky, how do I fix that?

I just started making bracelets and no matter what I try they always look weird. My knots never look the same and my bracelet curls and twists. I heard some people say that it's because of uneven tension. Does anyone know how I can learn to keep them consistent?

Do you have a photo of one of your bracelets?

Consistent tension can be achieved with practice. To make it easier, I recommend securing the bracelet well while tying. Always pull the first half of the knot tight before tying the second half.

Thank you for replying to me! How tight should I pull it? Also I do have a picture of the bracelet but I'm not sure how to show you since I'm not used to this website yet

You don't need to pull super tight. Just tight enough for there to be no gaps.

You could set the photo as your profile picture until I've seen it.

Looks good to me. Some of the knots might be upside-down.

I think the twisting comes from it being such a slim pattern. Wider patterns are more stable.

Tie it looser and/or use a clipboard to hold it tighter than a water bottle would
