Hello folks, I am trying to make a pattern based on normal pattern #186420. Specifically, I wanted to keep the bottom half of the pattern and expand it horizontally because I wanted to add more colors, since the pattern I want uses 10 colors. Does anyone have a way to help me with this? Unsure what I can do. thanks!

I'm not completely sure what you mean, but you could always message the creator of the pattern(make sure they are okay with messages, by checking their profile) and explaining your request, and seeing if they will make another pattern, following your request

@Selah_Ross sorry, what I meant to say was that I wanted to expand the pattern horizontally to accommodate for more colors added in. But either way, thank you for the information!

oh, like you want to make it wider, to do the same pattern, just add in more colors? either way, I'd suggest u ask the creator of the challenge, as it's their pattern, and is technically copyrighted to them

Hi, I'm the creator of the pattern! I can make an extended version if you can wait a while - but if you want to try making an extended version yourself, I'm fine with that as long as you credit me in the comments of your pattern.

@smiley00 I could also give it a go, if you don't mind

I only get it up to 9 colours (plus 1 background colour) before hitting the string limit (64 strings).

I made a smaller meandering pattern in which I did manage to include all the colours: #194407
