i’m not really a newbie, i do have my fair amount of experience with normal and alpha bracelets. however, i can’t seem to master the clean nearly perfect straight edge look that everyone else seems to. is there a secret to it or does anyone have any tips for me maybe?

have you heard of the straight edge technique? with normals, it only works in specific patterns, unless you add a border. in alphas, it can be used universally. basically on the left side of every row, you do backward forward knots, and on the right you do forward backward knots

The technique can be used for any normal and alpha pattern. For most normal patterns you need to add extra strings at the edges. https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/101_the-straight-edges-technique/ |
