where do my saved patterns go??

If you click 'save', the pattern stays in your 'create patterns' section.If you click 'submit', the pattern will be submitted to be reviewed by one of the moderators. During this time you can't see it. It will either be accepted, then you can find it on your profile or declined, then you can find it in the 'create patterns' section again. The review process takes less than a day. I hope this answers your question.
