How do I add and change colors on patterns?

Hi! I understand that I need the website to make patterns but I don’t understand how to add and change new patterns.

Go to the pattern's page and in the top right corner there is a button 'Add a variation'. 🙂

You can only make variations on the site, not the app. Are you using the app right now?The 'add a variation' button is directly where you rate the pattern. |

Go to the top menu bar where your username/profile photo is. There is a drop down option that says 'Create patterns'.You can only make patterns on the site, not the app. |

For alpha, I recommend going to the 'Draw Alpha' page and you can change color by clicking 'colors used' and you can choose what color you want as you make your design.For normal, I recommend going to the 'Interactive normal'. Click on 'using color' (top rectangle box) and you can change the color and then click on the strings you want it to be for. |

Also, don't forget to *save* the page before going back to the pattern's main page. Otherwise it won't have changed the color/pattern.

You need to save before switching pages.If you add a colour in "normal" (let's say it's colour c), you need to add c somewhere in your colours order and click "save". If you add it in "interactive normal", you need to select a colour, klick on the string you want to change to that colour and also save it. |
