Welcome aboard.To get started with making our own patterns, hover over your own avatar (that handsome orange fellow in the circle representing you at the top of the screen). If your setup behaves like mine, a dropdown menu should show up, with the top choice being a plus sign logo and "Create patterns" next to it. Click that, and hopefully the rest will be self-explanatory. If not, check back in with us. |

I hope your "beginner" rank won't preclude you from doing so. I'm dimly aware that our "privileges" on this site increase as we climb the ranks, so hopefully the system permits Rudolph to play in those particular reindeer games immediately.

[*sigh*] I was afraid of that.Well, if it's any consolation, getting the next orange bubble beside our name here ("Advanced") is about as difficult as blinking. Just shootin' the breeze here with me is getting us both points to the good. Perhaps visit the "Community" board and say hello? It sounds as though you already know a thing or two about making bracelets. Have you already made any based on any of the patterns found here? If so (and if the system permits at this stage...), taking and submitting photos of our crafts is a great way to get ahead. That alone got me from absolute beginner to "Professional" (four bubbles) in less than three weeks, if I remember right. |

You don't click on your profile, you hover over it until there's a drop down menu. then you see "Create Patterns" and you click that

@GiuseppeK beginner rank only prevents you from sending friend requests and writing in the chat. You can also submit less variations and start less private conversations. It does not stop you from posting your own original patterns.
