I want to make alpha designs without any ties and loops to sew onto things like patches. Is there any way to do this?

Not an expert at alphas but I believe cutting and gluing the base strings to the back of the bracelet should work. Try checking Tutorials maybe?

unfortunately i can’t link them bc i’m using the app, but in the tutorials section i would look at the one named “make patches / applicators for alphas”! there are similar tutorials for normals by crescendos, but you asked for alphas so those may be less useful

Apologies; coffee's still brewing and seems I missed the purpose.Simply taping down the base strings and proceeding/ending without ever tapering off into loops or ties should do the job. After snipping off the loose strings when we're finished, I'd expect the result to be something like a military uniform name tape. https://tacticalgearjunkie.com/products/3-piece-custom-army-name-tape-rank-set-w-hook-fastener-backing-ocp-scorpion |
