Both twisted ties and braids will go well with the pattern. Personally, I would do braids with two strings of color A, three of B and three of E on one side, and two of color A, three of C and three of D on the other (though it depends on where you finish your bracelet), if that makes sense. In my experience, when I make braids with eight strings on each side (16 strings in total), I split them into three-three-two and it turns out okay. (: But, as I said, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure it'll turn out beautifully with twisted ties, as well as other types of tie! ❤️
