One thing I do is put my bracelets on a clipboard and sit on the couch or a comfy chair. That way I can lean back and not sit up straight. I haven’t had problems with that, so see if that works. If not I would walk around for 5 minutes to give yourself a break as that also works for me.

It is important to not be in the same position constantly. Get into a different position from time to time and give yourself breaks to stretch and move a bit.

Even without knowing more about your specific circumstances, it might be a good idea to start strengthening our backs. Going up on two legs was arguably the worst move our species ever made (still evolving to catch up with that). For the sake of getting more resilient and to avoid having to live with aches and pains, consider incorporating some "short bridges" into our day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQFddjAFWZw

While I have my share of criticisms with this program, the section on bridging is brilliant and was worth the price of admission alone (admittedly this may be too macho for our liking, but if it works, that's all that really matters): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoIbmb2b2M8

Not to mention, when you're capable of Step 10 in the series (took me four years, and made me feel about ten years younger), it'll be a huge boon to your gymnastics and cheerleading if you stick to them. 👍
