If I do a bracelet but do its leaves as macrame leaves via the youtube tutorial (for the lack of my explanation skills see the photo from Floqui in the pattern no #105435), can it be accepted to a pattern, for example to #150784 ?

Yes, that pattern would probably be alright for posting a leaf bracelet to.
