Could it be a tension issue? To fix existing projects that need to be flattened, I put them under a heavy book

It’s usually an issue with how you knot, make sure your knots are all correct and loosen them a bit. Not sure if it’s the same issue I was facing a while back, but I was tying my knots wrong and my bracelet was curling up. To fix curling bracelets you can try wearing them, it tends to wear them out and flatten them a bit.

I’m a bit late, but I’ve found that if your bracelets come out curled it can help if you put a piece of cloth over it and iron it.

@annabB999 one reason to bracelets curling is only doing one knot indoor a forwards/backwards knot. I would make sure you’re doing 2 knots per knot and possibly 3 for some patterns if 3 still doesn’t work.

I've heard that you can iron the bracelet to flatten it.

Okay so basically i had this problem too! turns out i didn’t make the knots correctly because there’s two steps to doing a full knot and i was only doing half of a step (Sorry if this is super duper confusing) but just make sure you are making your knots correctly!
