I’m not sure how to add my patterns so other people can see them

Go to the top menu bar and there is a drop down option on your profile photo that is 'Create patterns'. That will take you to the page where you can make patterns.When you are done making a pattern, you submit it to be reviewed by a moderator. It will either be accepted and added the database and visible on your profile. Or declined and sent back to you to edit with a message at the top of the pattern's page saying why it was declined. Patterns are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
