when you try to add a pattern to your to-dos it says forbidden? which pattern?

It let me add one pattern then on every other pattern is said forbbiden please go to forum I don't know what happened but I can add patterns now to my to do list but I think at some point its going to happen again 😢

it just happened again and this time it said CSRF verification failed. Try submitting the form again, please. i dont know what to do 🙁
