Normal patterns with spaces

I don't get how to do the normal patterns with spaces like #155057. They dont work out when following the pattern.

I would assume that for this specific pattern you just make all the knots the pattern tells you to do and ignore the gaps in the pattern. But to be really sure, you have to ask the person who designed the pattern what their intention with this pattern was.This pattern does not seem like a very beginner friendly pattern to do, but I can recommend patterns like #76616 #28009 and #23580 to get started with shaped patterns. All these patterns have videos posted to them that explain how to tie them. |
