how to keep edges from warping?

i just made pattern #98866 and i dont understand why my edges are so weird and how to fix it. They are like a squiggly line where it goes in at the big diamond and out at the triangles on the edges. is there any way to go back and fix it or remake it in a way that doesnt have this problem?

I'm not sure, if it would work, but you could try blocking https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blocking_(textile_arts) It is quite normal for friendship bracelets with a diamond or zig zag structure to not be completely straight. Because there are lots of knots going in one direction, the bracelet tends to bend in that direction. When knotting, try to not pull the bracelet too much into the direction you are knotting in. |
