So as the title says, my leading string is realny short now and I’m wondering what to do about that. How do I add a new piece of string (make it longer?) so I can finish the bracelet?

You add new leading string the same way you would make a colour switch. You basically just make a colour switch to a leading string of the same colour 🙂

since this is an alpha, u can add in a new leading string the same way u do a color switch and continue knotting with the new leading string
