why do my chevrons have holes?

Hello! New to bracelet making. I find that my v's look spread apart and sometimes they look like there are holes making them not look so nice. how can I fix this? thanks!

This happened to me when I first started bracelet making all you have to do next time is to make you knots tighter!! If you need more help just ask Good Luck 🙂
