Bio is short for biography which is when someone writes about themselves. On braceletbook, your bio is the bit of text near the top of your profile, below your other details, in which people usually put things about themselves (hence the name bio)

The numbers on my profile represent how many rewards I have. Rewards are most commonly earned by participating in official challenges which you can find in the challenge section of the forum but you can also earn rewards by reporting duplicate patterns and things like that
