I’m new and was wondering if You need a certain ranking, or to be on a laptop to make your own pattern

you have to log into the website, i typically just do it on my phone/ipad and log in through safari but it probably works better on a laptop. as far as i know you dont need to be a certain rank

You can only make patterns on the site, not the app. Go to you avatar on the top menu bar.
