You need to post the photo to the pattern you made it from. Go to that pattern and click "add photo" (website) or "+" (app) on the top right to submit the photo. A moderator will then review it and if it's acceptable, it will be uploaded. If not, it will be declined and you'll get a notification with a message why it was declined.Make sure to read the description of the challenge carefully. Some users want you to put certain words on the photos or message or tag them ones the photo is accepted. |

Following what halokiwi said, you might have to add certain words to the picture through editing for it to be accepted. For example, in the official challenges held by the mods of BB, you have to put the word challenge in the picture for it to be counted.
