how do i make sure my bracelet doesn’t twist? i put tape on it to hold it in place but the when i take the tape off is just twists again! HELP

It might have to do with knot tension? Don’t tie your knots super tight and some super loose

It’s very likely a tension thing. Occasionally, if a pattern has knots that all go the same way (like a candy stripe) you can have this occur. It all can technically be amended by paying close attention to how tight you tie your knots and making sure they are all tied the same.

Whenever I make a candystripe, I put it under a giant really thick book over night

You can also go over it with a straining iron

Dip it in water and place it under a heavy book until it dries
