Is there a way to save patterns without putting them on to-do? For example liking them or something

you can "love" a pattern. there is a button right next to the add to do button. other than that, no.

Yes, like @srhamy28 said, you can always love it. I typically would just either write the number in my notes on my phone or text it too a friend.
