Mmmm sometimes I listen to true crime podcasts, sometimes audio books. Most of the time it’s some interesting science/psychology documentary or comedy. Other times, I listen to instrumental movie soundtracks, classical music, or even ambience tracks (e.g. fantasy ambience ASMR that may or may not include instrumental soundtracks from the specific universe of the moment—like Harry Potter or Narnia, or LoTR, etc.)

I recently started listening to audiobooks again that I used to listen to as a kid, specifically "die drei Fragezeichen" ("the three investigators" in the English original, but they are very popular here in Germany).

I watch A YouTuber. Can’t think of her name. But she makes murder mystery makeup Monday. It’s basically like a podcast but she’s doing her makeup while she’s talking so you can both watch it and just listen to it! I also listen to music when I need to be more focused
