Being a moderator, when someone makes a pattern the moderators get to accept/decline your pattern to the website

We moderators review the content that gets posted to braceletbook. We help to keep this website safe and make sure the content is valuable.We moderators have more abilities than regular users. Besides reviewing the content that gets posted (patterns, variations, comments, forum posts, videos, links, chat messages) we can give users rewards, we don't have a limit for adding variations and admin and the super moderators can ban users (of course only people who violate the guidelines). |

I am not exactly sure but I only thing there are like 18 moderators rn. It's not like rankings for normal users where you can rank up. I don't know exactly how they choose moderators but it seems like all the moderators have very big followings in the bracelet community like youtube channels and stuff.
