Hi! I recently used one of the patterns on this site to make a diamond dotz. For those of you who don't know, diamond dotz are like making a painting with gemstone and pixel art is the easiest thing to use as a reference when making it since the background is a grid. I was wondering if i submitted a photo of my creation if it would get accepted? It looks just like the pattern, just not made out of thread.

I think it does because i have seen other pictures of those pixel art gem things. Sorry, dont know the actual name 😅

I'm pretty sure it would, also. I have seen people submit pictures of cross-stitch and perler beads, so I don't think it would be a problem if it still follows the pattern. You could message a moderator/super moderator just to make sure before submitting a picture though to find out for sure.

Once the picture is clearly of the pattern you are submitting it to the method used to create it doesn’t matter

Yes, as long as it’s a creation that was made from the pattern, we’ll accept the photo (assuming it’s not too blurry, not too small, etc) 😊

that would work! as long as it's made from the same pattern. lots of people post perler bead and cross-stitch pictures 🙂 I make diamond art as well, and posting photos of it here sounds like a great idea!

yes you can as long as you still follow the pattern I used to do gem art too, I have seen many people doing cross stitch, pearler bead, so I would assume tit should be ok
