In order to make a pattern, you have to be on the website. Just hover over your username in the top right corner and then click "Create patterns". Make the pattern you want and then submit the pattern to the site. It takes generally about 24 hours to get your pattern reviewed by a mod. The mod will then accept or decline the pattern. If it is accepted, then the pattern will be on the website for all to see. If it is declined then you will need to look at the decline message on the pattern and fix, for lack of a better term, the pattern. Then resubmit the pattern.I hope that helps!
