hi! i currently have an android phone, and i take pictures of my bracelets with it. whenever i submint a photo however, it always gets declined with the message that the photo was to small. is there anyway to prevent this?

Do you submit photos using the app of the website? If you submit it from the website you have the option to make your photo bigger

@amwatson i use the website, but i have never seen anything that tells me that I can change the dimensions of my photo

maybe try taking photos on your phone on just the regular camera app and then you can crop it i think. then you can upload the photo on the website or app.

I usually look for a natural lighted place, take a photo then crop it until I like it. I have an iPhone and I use the normal photo editing thing

There are websites that you can use to convert a photo to a higher resolution. We don’t accept photos under 1000x1000 because they appear too small when they’re uploaded to the site
