So I really want to cover of the color switches on the back of an alpha. It's for a friend and I think she'd like it better with a back on it. If anyone has any tips or has seen videos/tutorials based on adding a back to an alpha I'd love to know! I don't know how many people bother adding a back but if anyone does please tell me how. Thanks so much, Amie 🙂 |

The best way to cover the back is use felt, you can trace the bracelet back on it, cut it out and then sew or glue it on

@2006_Mandy what glue do you recommend (super glue, hot glue, tacky glue, fabric glue, etc.?) Also, is felt the only material that would work okay?

I would think sewing it on would be best but any strong fabric glue would work. Felt feels best on the back when wearing the bracelet but you could try fabric (you would need to put it on tightly though). Other than that I'm not sure what else you could use maybe a leather piece (maybe not). but you probably have some nice fabric. One other idea to try is wrap a piece of plastic in thread then attach that on the back with glue *it might work.
