I'm pretty new to this but I can't figure out how to tell how many strands I need of each color. The other patterns I've been using has them in order with letters at the top all of these are just white across the top so I know how many colors and how many strands but not how many strands of. Each color n what order to start in.....please help!

okay! so at the top there’s gonna be letters for each color and an easy way to check is if you see one black string and four pink strings at the top you would get that. i would jsut look at the string and not so much the letter. hope this helps!

Do you know how to make your own alphas? I don’t understand how I’m supposed to use letters to create a pattern. If not I’ll just draw a pattern and use it myself I guess
