So if you're on mobile click on the pattern you want. Up by the pattern number there should be a plus sign. Click it and it should add the pattern to your to do list.

Oh shoot I have you instructions on how to add a picture. Okay so you know the plus button to add a picture? Right below it is a little gray checkmark. Click the checkmark and it will automatically add it to your to do list. Sorry for the confusion before.
