If you're like me and you feel like you're ready to move on from chevrons and arrowheads and take the leap into learning how to read patterns, this is the PERFECT first pattern to practice!!! I just started my bracelet and I already feel such a sense of accomplishment seeing the pattern form and confirming that I'm doing it right! And it's a very manageable 10 strings which makes it easy but not too easy and still satisfying<3 10/10 highly recommend 🔥
@nopedope I set the triangle pattern as my pfp so you can screenshot it and follow! Sorry it’s a bit messy but basically just follow that how you would a normal triangle start (the line 1 is same as line 1 on this pattern), then for the end just flip the photo upside down and follow that! I hope this makes sense if you need anything else feel free to ask!
@glaucoseye I wrote a tutorial using this pattern on how to tweak normal patterns for segment-knotting. I wrote it quite a while ago, so I'm not sure, if it is any good 😉 but I recommend checking it out.
is there a way to do this one with the segment method?? i’ve tried, but ended up messing it up and stuck with the row by row. it just has a lot of toward backwards and vice versa, i found it a bit too hard to keep up with the segments. anyone did it that way?
I used the row-by-row method for the first time and it took forever!!! Well worth it though because it turned out great! I'm going to give it to my grandma 🙂
Replaced the white over white forward-backwards and backwards-forwards with forwards and backwards (personal preference) but otherwise found the pattern perfect
