@banana679 it's a bit like the chevron. You knot from the edge towards the other side but you don't stop right in the middle but right after you crossed the second colour. Just keep the braid structure in mind. In a braid you would also need to cross one colour completely. MashaKnots has a great video on this pattern.
@maddygrace yes I did that wrong to but when you are segment knotting you can see that you have a knot with 2 of the same colors at the beginning of every color. You probably don’t understand this but I tried haha

i absolutely love this pattern! i just started making a bracelet with it and it is so easy to memorize 🙂 also this is my first bracelet using segment knotting (except for my chevron and candystripes bracelet) and it is a great way to start using segment knotting! 🤩
