@jennacarol I would say this probably applies to the outer four strings of a and b, but not so much for the inner two.
According to my calculation (from the outside to the inside): a: 113.75cm b: 110.625cm c: 95cm c: 88.75 b: 70cm a: 66.875cm
In cases like these, where you have multiple strings of one colour but one gets used up a lot faster than the other, you can also switch the position of these two strings by making one fb or bf knot between them instead of one f or b knot when they meet.
so easy to memorize! i’ve made three of these. i love making it so much. cut about 6 1/2 feet of the string, but 7 1/2 for the loop string. eats string up if you aren’t careful. the white is fine, but you may run into problems with the others. i still had excess after making 8 of the squares, so it just depends on your wrist. cutting 7 feet may help depending on the size you need.
@Tikilishi thank you so much i've already figured it out! i think i didn't count the knots properly. i've already tried the segment knotting again and it's working now! 🙂
Can you try counting your knots @terrvx? Like start with one color and count them on the left side, then the right and see if there's the same number on either side? Then you might be able to find where you made the mistake?
Sometimes varying knot tension will also make your bracelet appear to have a mistake when there isn't one. Hope this helps!
guys did yall do it by segment knotting or row by row. i tried segment knotting and in the second half i messed it up but i don't know where. the first half was easy and row by row is taking too long:/
